Founder of ESTA Signature, Esther Tay is a trailblazer in Singapore’s fashion and corporate wear industries, and is currently a Council Member with the Singapore Fashion Council (SFC).

Inducted into the Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame, she transformed ESTA from bespoke womenswear into a leader and expert in functional yet stylish workwear, reflecting the evolving needs of people, industry, and the times.

Recognised nationally with accolades like the bizSAFE Award, Tay champions fair wages, workplace safety, and community impact, redefining uniforms as tools for brand empowerment and meaningful progress.
